Are your products authentic?
OneStore Men carries 100% authentic products which we have gotten directly from the brand or authorized distributor.
Where will I find my order id/number?
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us which will have your order number on it. Please keep this in case you need to get in contact with us.
Can I change/cancel my order?
As your order is processed immediately, you will not be able to cancel your order once you have confirmed payment. However you can return the products for the refund once you have recived them
Do I need to register/create an account before making a purchase?
No, you do not need to register/create an account if you do not want to. Simply fill up the your particulars and billing/shipping address to check out as guest. However, we do recommend that you create an account so that your shipping details will be stored for your next purchase.
Payment
Is it safe to use my credit card to purchase products?
Absolutely. To increase your security, we do not collect your credit card information. Upon purchasing you will be redirected to the 3D secure site and asked to enter a one-time-phone pin to further enhance your security. Credit card numbers are collected by PayPal on our behalf and their privacy policies can be viewed here
Do I need a paypal account in order to purchase items?
No, you can pay by credit/debit cards without having a PayPal account.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards such as Amex, Visa/Mastercard and PayPal. We will soon be introducing Buy Now Pay Later with 3 interest-free instalments
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return an item?
For all return requests, please email us at contact@onestore.men, including your contact details, Order Number and the reason for return. Alternatively, you can reach us at +44 7523232582. We will inform you once your request has been received and proceed with the refund if applicable.
What is the return and exchange policy?
We strive for our customers utmost satisfaction and carry only the best quality and value products. For incorrect or defective items shipped, we have a 10 day return policy upon receipt of order by the customer, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Item must be in their original purchase condition.
- All packaging must be un-opened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack have to be returned as a whole set.
- If you have suffered from an allergic reaction medical evidence must be provided such as a doctors certificate.
- We do not issue returns for poor choice.
- All returns will be reviewed first by OneStore Men team and we reserve the right to perform remedies including: Replacing the product with a new item of the same original order or Full refund

Do you ship overseas?
No we currently do not ship products outside of the United Kingdom
Am I able to track an order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number after your order is shipped out.
How many days will shipping take
2-4 business days
How much is the shipping cost?
FREE!! As long as your order total is above £10 (after discounts/credits). Orders with £10 and below will incur a flat rate of £3 shipping and handling charge.
