• Gently scrub your body using circular motions with the lathered loofah, washcloth, or your hands. Pay extra attention to areas that tend to get sweaty or dirty, like your feet, underarms, and groin area
• Once you've lathered and scrubbed your entire body, rinse off all the soap suds with warm water. Make sure to rinse thoroughly, including hard-to-reach areas like your back
